Shipping & Exchange/Refund Policy

Our shipping providers work on a 1-3 working day delivery target (NZ).

Please note that delivery to rural addresses can add between 1-3 days to the standard targeted delivery times.


We cannot track and trace items to P.O Box addresses so prefer to send to a street address.

For international shipping its usually 2-6 working days. The untracked items can take longer.

NZ RETURNS

Please email sales@mountainmac.co.nz about you return.

To return your product, you should mail your product (with you contact details) to:

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don't need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges or refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@mountainmac.co.nz.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

This includes items at Show events (e.g. Fieldays) that are on sale.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We will then issue a credit for the item (not including shipping) through an emailed link. This credit is applied at the checkout. If this item is an exchange (not faulty) you will be responsible for the postage back.
